SBCP is a self-management solution that was specifically developed to help manage chronic pain levels. The SBCP patch gives patients control to manage their self-care by applying patches to the acupressure point for the area of pain. The non-transdermal patches are simply placed on the skin to stimulate acupressure points. The patches contain light-reflecting technology and light-emitting materials to restore energy emitted by the body.

The SBCP patches have been developed to help manage chronic pain levels. There are a number of acupressure points on the body to apply the patches for pain management. There are specific points along with general pain points. SBCP contains two patch types a tan colour and a white colour patch. The most used placement to manage chronic pain levels is bracketing the point of pain. This is to apply the tan patch on the point of pain with the white applied on the opposite side of the body to the tan patch.

Remove the backing from the patch and apply the patch in the morning to clean, dry skin following the steps below.

To locate the acupressure points for the white and tan patch move through the below steps to manage chronic pain. Only remove half of the adhesive backing, while moving a patch around. Move through the steps 1 – 7 to find the location to substantially reduce the pain and/or to increase mobility. If the pain is not reduced in 10 seconds, move to the next step. When you’ve located the right position, remove the other half of the adhesive to apply the patch to the point.
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Not suitable for use on children. Remove immediately in case of pain or irritation to the skin. Patches are for single use only, do no reapply once removed from the skin. For external use only. Do not swallow. Do not use on wounds or damaged skin. The patch can be used for up to 12 hours, after which it is advisable to remove it. Keep well hydrated, drink at least 1.5 litres of water in 24 hours during product use. Product is only available to patients through a Healthcare Professional, consult with them in relation to any medications you are taking, to any skin conditions you may have or when using an implanted electronic device.
