Order Process

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm the acceptance of the Despatch Confirmation. The Contract will only be formed when we send you Despatch Confirmation. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the products to you without giving any reason. The Contract will be reported only to those Products whose despatch has been confirmed in the Despatch Confirmation.

Price of goods

The Price for the Products will be stipulated at the time when you place your order on the Website. The Website displays an exclusive price of VAT. The price shown is inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs, if applicable, will be additional to the Price. For further information see our Delivery and Returns Policy. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price of the product, or the imposition of any other taxes or duties. We are also entitled to make adjustments to the price of our products.

We do not want to be sure that they are correctly shown. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm the price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

Payment

Payment may be made by the method indicated on the Website and will be debited at the point of Order Confirmation.

Delivery

We will try to deliver the products to the lead-time shown for each of these products, where this is practical. However, they are subject to availability and may be subject to control. Any dates specified for delivery If delivery is delayed for more than 10 Working Days (as defined in Delivery and Returns Policy below), you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the Products. In these circumstances, we will be happy to pay for you. However, we may not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may have in our supply or supply. Risk and ownership

• Ownership of the Products will be paid to us by all customers, including delivery charges.

If your products are split into different deliveries, you will not be able to change your mind. If your products are for a period of time, you will have until the day (or someone you nominate) receives the first delivery of the products. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General Refund / Returns Policy

If any Product is damaged and / or faulty in the event of a violation of the law Policy.

Product warranties

Senan Biotech warrants that it will be necessary for you to use the term Senan Biotech to you.

All other warranties, conditions or conditions relating to the Products (other than those provided for in Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1893), whether implied by statute or common law or otherwise, are excluded.

Products and packaging may vary from that shown on the website. Senan Biotech does not warrant that Product descriptions are error-free. If a product offered by Senan Biotech is not as described, your solution is to return it in unused condition.

For the benefit of Senan Biotech, you hereby agree that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any suit, actions or proceedings, and to settle any disputes, which may arise out of to submit your request to the courts of Ireland.

We may terminate the website at any time and will be effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Terms of Use.

Appendix

The delivery and returns policy

All definitions used in the Terms of Reference for their respective meanings in this appendix. In this appendix  » you « Means any person who has purchased the Products from the website and » Working Days « Shall be construed as a reference to a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which the banks are open for business in Ireland.

DELIVERY

General:

• Once you have placed an order Confirmation detailing your purchase.
• It is our policy to despatch your order within: (i) 5 working days if delivery is within the European Union; or (ii) 7 working days if delivery to the United States of America. whenever possible we will send orders next day subject to stock levels.
• You are responsible for providing the correct address, telephone number and postal code and must be authorized to use it.
• All orders require a contact, and all deliveries require a signature.
• Orders placed after 1pm Tuesday and Sunday, will be despatched by the following Tuesday.

Delay of delivery:

• In the event that you are not available, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible.
• Delivery dates are estimated to be in the future due to our failure to provide services.
• For delays of more than 10 Working Days, you will have the right to cancel your order. We will endeavour to deliver the information we provide in the future.
• The occurrence of a case of Force Majeure automatically leads to the order of being postponed.
• We will not take responsibility for this.

Undelivered orders:

If the order is deemed undeliverable, the terms and conditions of use may be relied upon, and Senan Biotech, without any liability.

Non-delivery:

Please notify us within 1 day of the expected delivery date of a non-delivery. Notifications shall be made by email to us at customerservice@senanbiotech.com

Accepting delivery:

• All deliveries must be signed.
• We do not provide specific courier services.
• All items are sent by reputable couriers.
• You are required to inspect any product that we collect from you, to ensure that you are satisfied with the products, and that the products are of acceptable quality.
• You are required to check all deliveries for the first time, you will become liable for their loss or destruction.
• In all cases you will be required to notify us by emailing customerservice@senanbiotech.com of any damage on delivery or shortages within 1 day of delivery. We will not be liable for any of these products unless we are notified within the time period specified above.
• Please notify us immediately if any incorrectly supplied Products have been sent to you. It is your responsibility to inform us at customerservice@senanbiotech.com within 1 working day if product has been incorrectly supplied.
• Proof of delivery of products and services of the United States.
• We send all our Products by courier. Delivery will be made to the specified address on the Despatch Confirmation.

Delivery Cost

The order of the day will be determined in the Order Confirmation and will be covered by, unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. Delivery costs depend on the Product, the order value and the locality of delivery. The exact delivery costs will be brought to your attention before you place your order.

RETURNS

Returns policy

General:

• This returns policy (the  » Returns Policy « ) Only where you make a purchase online from the Website.
• We recommend that you read this article in order to make a purchase from the website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and your legal rights and remedies.
• You can amend your order to receive a copy of your request. Despatch Confirmation is sent to you. If you wish to amend your order, please contact 00353 91 874680 customerservice@senanbiotech.com quoting your order reference number.

Returning an Unwanted Product

Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Regulation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 You have a legal right in respect of the Products that you have bought to the (i) change your mind for a period of 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the Products; and (ii) receive a refund. If your products are split into different parts of the world, you will not be able to change your mind. If your products are for a period of time, you have until the day (or someone you nominate) receives the first delivery of the products.

Faulty products

• If a product has not yet been produced and it is not what you ordered, a full refund of the value paid of the products.
• Any damages or defects must first be reported by e-mail to customerservice@senanbiotech.com within 1 working day
• All products should be returned to Senan Biotech at Senan Biotech Limited, Raheen Industrial Estate, Athenry, co. Galway, Ireland.
• Damaged or defective Products must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and / or manuals.
• Returns are processed within 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 working days for refunds to show on your account. We will refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. debit card, debit card or credit account).
• Any Product will be refunded, and any such returned products will be returned to the original delivery address.
